Ms. Angeline Tong, Head of Curriculum and Evaluation
Ms Angeline Tong is the Founding Partner of HandsonLearning. A veteran in learning and teaching, Angeline has vast experience working with educational Institutions and parents both in Singapore and the United States to develop curriculum, curate exhibitions, consulting with parents and educational institutions, and conducting both professional and student training.
Angeline specialises in creating learning environments that promote conceptual understanding while nurturing her students’ critical-thinking skills and allowing them to learn across multiple disciplines. Her innovative approach to learning and her commitment to fostering intellectual curiosity have won her rave reviews from educators, local media, parents and most importantly, her students. Many of her advocates have credited Angeline for the new approach they now view and enjoy learning.
Angeline holds a Masters of Education from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, where she specialised in applying developmental psychology and cognitive sciences to maximise learning potential. She also obtained a Post-Graduate Degree in Museum Studies (Education) from Harvard University, focusing on developing and evaluation exploratory educational programmes and exhibitions.
